While it's obviously not meant to be the same thing, the robots from the new trailer have a very similar design as the Lect from Titan Comics
Robots in the new Doctor Who trailer A lect in the comic story called "Weapons of Past Destruction". The Lect is saying the following: "Observation: Force-wall integrity fluctuating. External shield compromised."

Thanos knows time-travellers. He knows how to beat time-travellers. This is a chrono fish. A chrono fish eats time-travellers. When the chances are high that a time-traveller will be involved in a battle, keeping a chrono fish on hand is the sensible course of action.

(Spoilers) Thinking about this more. I'm actually convinced Justin Richards was initially going to kill Freddie. His idea of being a "hero", being put in a dangerous situation because the Doctor told him to. It screams accidental martyr.

Finished reading The Clockwise Man. Loved it so much more than I thought I would although I think it would have been better if a *certain* character didn't make it to the end of the book 😭

But watching it again now, it's great, maybe we shouldn't have cut it. Though I don't think anyone wondered where he got his whistle from...?"
