I have this food scale and its app (VeSync). Not sure how you eat and operate, but I find it super helpful. I scan the barcode and things pop up, or you can manually enter. And then when I’m cooking I weigh ingredients and can save meals.
I also have their human scale that tracks your weigh ins.
