I shouldn’t have to detox my body with detoxification/cleanses monthly. I’m not on crystal meth, i should literally feel fine, normal. Gluten really is a weapon because I thought I was just anemic as fuck and helpless.

I’ve been experience severe bloating, like a pregnancy bloat, after I eat. Itchy skin, running nose, amongst other shit.. but what got my attention was the constant acid reflux. Wanna know what changed? I started bartending at a fancy italian restaurant and started eating lasagna n shit everyday.
