They should be illegal for the public to buy. Just licensed firework displays. They're an absolute nuisance, encourage anti social behaviour and very dangerous

The thought of being able to travel to the Netherlands on a bike in just over an hour makes me green with envy

I used to work with someone who moved to Lieden to work at the Heineken plant at Zouterwoude. He loves it there

I get the same too. Reminds me of the dreams tony soprano gets. If I put a bit of thought into them, I can see what's been on my mind recently

Mine and my wife's choice when we were there.
I accept in the Netherlands that the beer choice is dominated by their southern cousins. The 'Arnednest in Amsterdam always showcases the Netherlands finest

I went to a really nice cafe with a view of the Oude Kerk. Then to Locus Publicus for a few more drinks.
I was tied between Delft and a couple of other places but we picked right. It was very peaceful and very beautiful. Especially compared to the bustle of Amsterdam

I went to Delft last year as a daytrip from Amsterdam. Beautiful little town

I hope his family and friends can see how popular he was online. He had a beautiful take on life and was loved

He came across as someone really decent and warm. The way his posts were set out, it was like you were talking to an old friend discussing you're recent travels.
He was very open about his troubles in life but I was really upset to learn he'd gone (even though I've never met him.)

I did the exact same thing but bought 2 a year. I could pick them up in my local tescos. I was planning on tasting them next winter

You made friends everywhere Tim. Thanks

Someone else who's been through it and what is outlook was and how he stayed a decent person.
Thank you for your posts and humility Tim

The world was a better place with Tim in. He was funny, creative, brave and honest. He showed you can be strong and and show you're weaknesses. I never met him but used to search for his posts regularly. I'm absolutely gutted about this. I've had dark times myself and it was comforting to see

How can you describe the beer culture in Luxembourg? Is it closer to Belgian or German? Or a mix of the 2?

I'm sure my IPTV will have it

I always have a look when I'm planning a city break. Not sure where this year will take me

We all have a bit of super han in us.
Don't fight it.
Embrace it and channel it into future endeavours
