Columba actually even Intervalo, a comic magazine for a female audience. To be honest this translated to comics with female protagonists, that don't always seem to be aimed at women... Like Amanda, series about a red haired orphan that flips between melodramatic and exploitative.

They usually published all comics in compilation magazines such as "El Tony", "D'artagnan" & "Nippur Magnum"... I am pretty sure they are all named after their most famous series. But I don't think they were usually the cover characters.

My favourite was "Morgan" a series that was basically Deckard from Blade Runner actually running a PI agency. Technically a sci-fi series, it just played into all the noir & sci-fi tropes it could and looked great doing it.

Shout out to the comic magazines published by Editorial Columba. A publishing house from Argentina founded in 1928. I got into them cause there weren't that many US comics where I grew up. They kept the pulp aesthetics and MO way into the 90s and early 00s. This may have made them look outdated-

The momentum in kayfabe works like this type of Judo throw. Hologram here is holding himself from Hechicero until he's almost touching the ground then lets go and there's barely any impact on him while his opponent is flipped and slams his back into the mat.
