Just a guy trying to be a good person, searching only for the truth
Actually he wants to be left in the room alone with all the gold and take selfies with a crown on his head and sitting on all the gold.

It’s not just people of the radical right. The radical left are in the same mindset.

Germany 1930s- it’s the Jews causing all the problems in Germany. USA 2020s- it’s the immigrants causing all the problems in America. It’s always “The Others” fault.

On Tu Bishvat???? The New Year of Trees??? How ironic

The US has always Ben this same arrogant. They hid it better behind nice words. Fighting for democracy or human rights. But in the end looking for access to resources, markets, power. Trump is just more transparent. Same BS. Canada thought they were immune. Ha! Pussies!

Better to look for an ally in China to counter Russia. Russia has shown to be a near term threat to Eastern Europe and Middle East.

The current situation show how the political process has been upended. Sitting congresspeople care more about their jobs than they do about the people or the country. On both sides of the aisle, for different reasons, but the result is the same. GOP quit rather than fight. Dems sitting on their hand

I wonder what Trump would do if the Russians and Chinese teamed up and invaded Canada from the north? Is he happy to have Canada an ally of China and Russia?

It’s a joke. If every steel import Is tariffed, then the result is higher steel price in USA. Canadian steel is cheap because of the devaluing of C$. USA doesn’t have excess capacity for Aluminum, so after tariff, same result as steel. Winner: Treasury Dept. loser: American consumer

This is the breaking of the covenant of the founders. That unlike a dictatorship/kingdom, America was going to be made of people coming together in a bond of loyalty and trust to do together what neither could do alone. Unity without uniformity. The courts are the last arbiters of that covenant.

This was an incredibly and disastrous extreme solution to the problem. However there has been a creeping far left bias to our Center-liberal way of life. Sometimes an extreme shift is necessary to get back to the Center. Well see

French/English, a country of immigrants, until recently new Canadians left their old political fights behind them in their old countries. It’s what made us Centrists and the best place to live on Earth. Trump may have galvanized us to remember who we are.

This is just at the fringes of Hez. I’ll know they are in trouble when they are kicked out of the govt and the Lebanese army takes away their weapons.

It’s amazing that Israel allows Qatar and the Red Cross to be “neutral” interlocutors between themselves and Hamas when they don’t even try to hide that they are Hamas allies.

As I said earlier on another thread. If I was an overseas agent, I would be catching the first plane back to the States and handing in my resignation.
February 7, 2025 at 7:35 PM
Not waiting to happen. It’s happening. If I was an American CIA agent overseas, I would be resigning my position. Your cover is blown

Does that mean he has to leave the safety of Iran and go back to Beirut. I hope Mossad has his address

How many barrels? Trump measures water flow in Barrels. He thought he was releasing 2 million barrels, not 2 billion gallons. Oops!

This is what China used to do for every new leader. Wholesale replacement of one set of corrupt bureaucrats for a new set of corrupt bureaucrats. Everybody gets to feed off the public.

Plus I believe, Canada Britain and many other countries helped out for those 20 years. Why such a fuss over Gaza where the whole population wants to kill their neighbours.
