Thune and other Senate Republicans have been pretty adamant they won't kill the filibuster to end the shutdown, and Trump's hatred for the filibuster is well documented, but this will still be a challenge for Senate GOP to navigate.

Thune and other Senate Republicans have been pretty adamant they won't kill the filibuster to end the shutdown, and Trump's hatred for the filibuster is well documented, but this will still be a challenge for Senate GOP to navigate.
