14lb turkey pre-brined, baked @ 325 from frozen for 1 hour before gutting + seasoning. Adding butter under the skin, then coated the outside of the skin in a thin layer of butter. Used season salt, paprika, pepper, garlic, and thyme. Bake for 3 more hours at 325. Baste thru out.
