I think if you have a US based phone number attached to your account it's blocking you. If I log out I can scroll via a VPN. As soon as I log in, I'm blocked, VPN or not.

I dont know...It certainly feels like Shou, with the help of the incompetence of the Democratic Party, created this situation to make Trump look like a hero by "saving" tiktok and free speech by proxy. I fear Tiktok is going to turn into a more harmful version of X and basically be state run TV.
