@technotim.bsky.social Have you looked into using TalosOS for your K8s hosts? It seems like a pretty good way to remove having to worry about managing nodes and lets you use K8s as an appliance.

@patstaresat.bsky.social What is your home networking setup? I was a bit surprised to hear you were using a telecom provided router given how critical your line of work is for internet uptime. Could be a CA thing, but I kind of doubt the telecoms up there are competent as it’s shams their nature.

@jeffgeerling.com I’m sure it wouldn’t do near the numbers of your usual stuff but a secondary channel taking a similar approach to SDRs that you’ve done for Linux and so on would be of great interest. These things are neat but holy hell I do not understand them.
