Remember when Biss ran for governor, he quickly fired his first pick for lieutenant governor on orders from AIPAC due to Ramirez-Rosa's support for stopping sending of arms to Israel. He's not just bad on the issues, he does what his donors tell him to do. We need a candidate committed to peace.
Ramirez-Rosa's statements on the Israeli-Palestinean conflict have been critical of the status quo, but hardly extreme. "You know, for too long the US government has subsidized the oppression of the Palestinian people, and it's time that stopped." he told the Real News Network during an interview in June 2016. "And we have seen a shift intentionally in favor of justice for the Palestinian people. You know, people stand with Israel, but they also want to make sure that the Palestinian people have [justice]."
