that is so wild. managers can be so annoying over the smallest shit. i worked as a cashier before and my mgr told me to throw out my coffee i *bought* that was full. i was like umm i will set it to the side and not drink it until later. and she said that wasn't good enough and I had to trash it 🤦‍♀️

umm, various reasons? that's hard to pinpoint. it isn't really *about* the w3ight loss for me. its more about the ritual of it, the comfort that comes from having some semblance of control over my lived experience, good or bad. knowing i have power over my life.

well, im fat, so loose skin is the biggest fear. even if i lose all the weight what if my skin is baggy and hideous and requires some surgery to remove?
