For all the real ones out there showing up to do sw every day, keep this industry safe, and show kindness to each other, i truly thank you. Without ppl like that in this industry i would never have made it this far!! I just wish this could be smth that extended throughout our community more.

There is so so much of this behavior in the sw community, obviously it isn’t everyone, but it’s a major reason i stick to my own corner a lot. Obviously again there are so many people not like this in this biz, but the people who are really can ruin it for the normal well adjusted ppl (aka nice)

Like ofc we need call outs for dangerous people in this industry, but messaging your peers bc they hung out with someone you simply do not like, trying to ruin someone else’s career opportunities in this already very difficult business, it’s just mean girl spirit and purely cruel.
