Calton Hill in Edinburgh, but the top 80% of the picture is a dramatic, cloudy sky, which dwarfs the monuments and tiny tourists beneath it.

Good morning, plague island. Here’s a photo of a tiny, shiny beetle.
An iridescent beetle with an unusual green and red stripe. Very tiny, the photo is zoomed in. So shiny it looks like a tiny Xmas sweet.

Anyway, good morning from me and this snail.
A garden snail extends its body vertically, head down, on a straight, thick, juicy vertical flower stem. The snail seems to me to be at peace with its surroundings. The background is lush garden greenery. To me this is a happy photo.
