My step-kiddo lives in northern Virginia and it snowed the perfect amount on her fairy garden.
Lightweight snow covers a hobbit-style miniature house with a round, blue door. Entrance to the snow-covered fairy garden with a tiny wreath and lollipop-shaped candy cane.

BunDad and I went to the #nokings protest in #greensburg #westmoreland County. There were so, so many people. Lots of good energy and messages.
Two protesters. One is wearing a unicorn costume, and the second is dressed as a zebra. A large crowd across the street from the county courthouse. Protesters dressed as characters from Atwood’s “The Handmaid’s Tale.” They are walking across the terrace in front of the government buildings.

Our newest foster, formerly called “Large Marge,” is only ten pounds. I’ve taken to calling her Margie, because it suits her better. She knows her black and white coat is perfect for hiding under bushes.

Ten pounds means she’s the same size as Bramble.
Margie is a ten-pound, up-eared rabbit. She is white with large black markings including around her eyes. She’s lounging on the front porch under a shaggy rhododendron. This is the fabulous dark-brown Bramble. He jumped on the ottoman under the living room window. His front paws are on the window sill, and his back feet are balanced on brown cushions. Outside, it’s an overcast late summer day.

It’s Sunday #bunday ! Bramble and Benny are just about best friends after six months of daily playtimes. Benny still likes to keep his distance from Bamble’s teeth, even though Bramble is not at all aggressive.

Temporary pens for our two foster bunnies. The thermometer reads 74 degrees F. We laid down a bright plastic table cloth over the carpet and then a fleece with little flying bats. Asante’ is happily eating breakfast. She likes to have a litter box and the a separate box with hay to nap in. Here’s Fizzgig. She doesn’t like to be bothered while she’s eating. I’m getting better at trimming her fur. She doesn’t look like a pineapple, just a gray furry tribble.

Winding down on a Sunday #bunday :) So far, Asante’ has only thought about jumping off of the porch. She has gained 4 ounces in the past three weeks.

Good morning from Asante’. She’s gained two ounces in the past two weeks :) We’re watching her to see if she needs a vet check for anything, but so far she seems like a happy, healthy and very sweet bunny.
