It was a fallen branch
that beckoned me
to sit alone.
A peaceful moment
sitting on her
while sun warmed my soul
and bird song
raised my lonely heart
to Heaven,

Great exercise bike. Easy—uses arm and leg muscles.
On it most days in addition to walking, a bit of yoga and ballet. Most important in old age 😏
