So this is my upstairs clothing area at my thrift shop. I’m still not walking so a friend has been helping me! We got around half the room priced and sorted by type! This weekend I’m hoping for the other half as well as new stuff out! #thriftshop #oldbuildingsdoingnewthings #ymca #twoboredladies

So I run my thrift shop/antique shop/fabric shop/handmade market out of this 100yr old YMCA with no air conditioning in a small town in Arizona. My big issue is getting people to come inside… I’m renting so I can’t do big things… thoughts?

Had ankle replacement surgery on May 6th which allowed me to keep my foot but ugh! Still no weight baring and waiting till the Doc says I can start PT is HARD!

Had to dress up for a Chamber fundraiser Masquerade in June in AZ😓. Even after dark in a Casino it was 🥵 but I looked cute!

For around 7 years I’ve had an issue with a plan to turn an old school near my home into 40 apartments and when I complain I’m basically told that it won’t be an issue. The yellow is my home in scale… exhaust is healthy right?

Our favorite place to get glasses! Warby Parker always manages to make comfortable glasses we all like and don’t shatter is 3 months 🤷🏼♀️
