I wear a Jeff Conine game-worn Mets belt as my daily belt. Steiner sold off a bunch of Mets game belts for cheap and I’ve been wearing them for years. Rick Peterson was a lot skinnier than you would think under that jacket.

If I was watching it at home, I probably would have taken a break and found it really hard to want to go back. I liked it overall but never want to experience that again.

There was a reality show a while back with people pitching fast casual concepts to the Chipotle guy and Bobby Flay. The runner-up was an Indian concept like that. The winner was a soul food concept that they destroyed by the need to make it healthy.

I’ve seen a similar logo set at a couple of tourist gift shops around the city as well. This set at least used the NY-based version of the Nets logo.
