my main problem with deadlifts is my leg strength will outpace my grip strength on the weight so im always worrying about dropping it
especially since most things were made for people with real hands and not little baby paws

when i was on T it deflated and i was devastated 😭 but that was my fault for not doing mad squats while i had testosterone in me and a gym membership through my university
