Just took my first steps without crutches since the hip replacement. Only a couple but heading in the right direction again. Constantly amazed by how good it’s feeling even after only a few days!

So that’s the hip replacement done then. Seems like all went well although still waiting for the last of the anaesthetic to wear off! As always super grateful for all our amazing NHS staff for looking after me so well.
