All it tells me, the average patient, is that they spent millions of dollars building a radiology lab in a medical center to claim accessibility but it actually doesn't function as a proper radiology lab, as per this lady who wasted 20min of my time to be condescending, so what's the point of it?

To expand on the innefficiency of it all: there is a radiology lab that does mammograms, but not "diagnostic mammograms" because they don't have radiologists to read the labs on site. So instead, they send people 10miles away, because that's SO much more convenient than emailing results.

I don't believe there is a right or wrong way to be mad about privately owned assets that should be widely accessible to locals, especially in case of emergencies, but I appreciate the fact-checking, nonetheless.
