As a medical doctor, he should know that only a very small percentage (5-15%) of transgender women actually have full reconstruction surgery.

That's the one my husband and I visited a few years ago. I specifically sought out one that didn't whitewash the slave experience by trying to tell visitors that the masters were nice to the slaves.
