The Habs losing to the Islanders was not what they deserved in that game. Sadly Monty was not at his best by a long shot. Still, a point helps. Saturday night will be a huge test. #GoHabsGo

I don’t condone violence but it doesn’t hurt my feelings watching Tesla vehicles going up in flames. Did Musk think people would just be happy with his cuts & not react? Everyone has a breaking point.

What are the best Canadian news accounts on Bluesky? I follow one but it’s mostly French (@mediasca.skyfleet.blue) and I don’t speak the language.

That Tyson vs Paul fight was pretty much what I expected. Mike is too old and slow but a force in his day. Jake Paul is not a real fighter which is why he’ll never fight a legitimate challenger. He’s only in it to make money by hauling out relics to face.

I really hope in two years I can look back at this Canadiens team and say, they stunk but that eventually paid off and now we have a contender. But right now, this team is lacking a lot of skill, heart and discipline. #GoHabsGo

The golf course I’ve had a membership at since the mid-90’s is closing. So now I have to find a new course or just not have a membership which would suck. It could be a rotten summer.

I like a lot of things about the Habs and the potential but the compete level for a full 60 minutes isn’t there. Armia’s penalty was a killer and really dumb. Go Habs Go!

I’m so glad I have Bluesky to fall back on. Elon Musk is turning X into a hate and racist filled dumpster fire under the guise of free speech. I like it for news and sports but it’s becoming increasingly difficult to avoid the ugliness. Had to block Alex Jones before I saw his garbage.

I’d like to thank the Edmonton Oilers for making me feel so much more positive about the Habs right now. It’s comforting to know it could be worse.

Montreal looked bad against Tampa but they didn’t look nearly as bad as the Toronto Maple Leafs against the Ottawa Senators. Yikes! Edmonton needs to play the Leafs to get some confidence back.

The mass shooting in Lewiston, Maine last night is just sickening. A senseless disregard for life by a sick and evil individual who at this point is still on the run. The full details of this tragedy are going to be horrific. Prayers to the families of the victims. Hug your loved ones.
