(there was one time where i jumped around carelessly outside then i tripped on a hole and did hefty damage to my right knee and i stayed in bed for like a week… been more careful ever since!

exercise!! ever since i was a kid, i love jumping around and imagine that im hopping over wide gaps, lava etc. jump roping came next and I really like it too, doing rope tricks and stuff. ive been slacking especially since its getting colder but i should hop to it again alongside other exercises
