I can’t help but feel that many conspiracy theorists are slowly trying to rebrand themselves into public intellectuals. A few I follow have been posting their support for a return to the gold standard (for New Zealand and Australia) despite not having any form of Economic qualifications

@anneapplebaum.bsky.social latest article in the Atlantic reminds me of Hana Rawhiti Maipi-Clarke. The New Zealand politician, a video of whom doing a haka was shared around the world. She also thinks she can use the Moon and stars to heal oneself and predict natural disasters.
