Does it really sound all that different?

A little more info-
She works with youths barely younger that herself. She goes into troubled areas to help & be a role model. She's a caregiver at their temp homes, cooking the meals and providing transportation for them and the entire time, working with their situations. She has a huge heart.

I need to ask for help for my friend Lilly’s med bills. She’s putting herself through college and working with disadvantaged youths. If you are able to give, anything will help her greatly.
