Basically just going in for checks more often. There isn’t really a known direct correlation so I wouldn’t know what to change in my lifestyle.

For now yeah, will just have to get screenings often. Found some precancerous material in my body.

Its definitely a lot harder, especially if you have work and financial restrictions to consider. A lot of people tend to isolate when stressed and it sure is a stressful af time.
