It’s counter productive when the Dems never get rid of the filibuster to pass his legislation. Bernie has introduced a bill in the senate to raise it multiple times, AOC has also helped get it passed in the house. The senate killed it in 2021 because Joe Manchin+ company voted against in committee.

Your true colors finally emerge! We will always be against the slaughter of innocent people whether it be the illegal invasion of Ukraine by Russia or the butchering of civilians in Gaza by war criminal B Netanyahu.

Know*
As stated before we will always support any candidates against fascists 100% of the time. It’s the centrists’ job to drum up excitement and sell their policies to their voters if they win the primary. Give the voters something to be excited about!

Pre Bernie(2014) the California minimum wage was 9 dollars an hour, they didn’t raise it until after he campaigned on it and they passed a ballot measure. You’re just wrong or lying.

Est dems(AIPAC)supported a genocide and were shocked when Palestinian communities in Detroit didn’t turn out during 2024. That’s not on those communities, that’s on the candidates for ignoring them.
The left wing tea party has arrived, AIPAC candidates will lose in droves.

Do not blame your centrist shortcomings on the voters, maybe you should support candidates with bold vision and policy goals instead of corporate platitudes and empty promises. Schumer made it a goal to ignore those blue collar union members you mentioned. They just ignored you back.

We as an org weren’t around until 2024 so “our team” didn’t exist during these elections you stated. We always want people to vote and we support rank choice voting to help prevent protest votes from happening. We understand the political realities of the two party system.

Who kept Iraq and Afghanistan going after Bush? Oh right Obama, and Trump and then finally Biden ended it after it had an approval rating in the single digits. The first people to protest the war was the so called “far left” and they were proven correct. Centrists kept the war going.

FDR was also for 30 hour work week, universal healthcare, rights to housing, rights for a good job, right to form a union. Even Teddy Roosevelt was for universal healthcare in 1912! The activist anti war left wing ended Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan. They were all proven correct in the end.

The only person talking about 15 dollar minimum wage 10 years ago was “crazy lefty” Bernie Sanders. That conversation was non existent in mainstream democratic circles and now it’s mainstream. FDR was the most progressive president this nation has seen and he won 4 times in a row.

Putting political pressure on centrists is a must to get legislation passed when you have a 60 vote majority and a president with a 60%+ approval. If you want to classify those who want SP as morons, then all of Europe must be full of morons without medical debt.
November 22, 2025 at 5:01 PM
Uh social security, Medicare, Medicaid, Glass Steagall, 40 hour work week, paid sick leave, paid vacation, free school lunch, ending the wars, VRA, 15 dollar minimum wage in multiple states. The “far left” got all those done because they pushed the envelope. The only dinosaur is you.

ACA was a heritage foundation answer to single payer. So instead of pushing to go all the way with a single payer system, the Dems caved to industry concerns. They compromised on Romneycare and people revolted because the legislation was not that great.
November 22, 2025 at 3:30 PM
Love him or hate him, trump uses the bully pulpit to strong arm legislators to do his bidding. In his case it’s for terrible legislation. The Dems haven’t properly wielded it for the working class since FDR or Johnson. Centrist Dems are natural defeatists and are a cancer to progress.

When the president himself says insidious things on a daily basis, people feel emboldened to push the limits of what we except. When the president calls undocumented people rapists and criminals, his supporters are emboldened to yell “go back to…!” while also supporting ICE.
