Very cool to wake up and find out that what I believe is the only #foodstudies course in the southern hemisphere is being cut because the institute doesn’t believe it is profitable enough. The same institute that did ZERO to promote it.

Interesting article talking about how the idea of reducing meat consumption is being co-opted by industry, not for the good of animals or people, but to further their control of our food system.
