Only had one line as an option for the previous days flight, but they didn’t give any indication of that status so people waited through one line to be told it was the wrong line and then had to come over to our line. It was a mess.

Picking up our luggage. Others didn’t get the call and we tried to warn some of the passengers to double check downstairs in case they were still holding their bags.

And board that day’s London flight if they had seats. At this point I asked if she could get a manager to come and speak to our flight so she wouldn’t have to deal with all of us annoyed passengers. She told me she reached out to a manager, but the manager didn’t show up until they started boarding

Had loaded up their flight and she thought the delay was probably pushed out by operations due to a number of delayed flights (none as long as us) all going out around the same time. Other people were coming up and asking and trying to figure out if they should run to the other end of the airport

We got back home earlier this week. I submitted my online complaint form to American today. When we saw our already 24 hour delay get bumped back another 1 hr and 10 minutes the gate agent said she didn’t know why that got pushed out but they were planning to board as soon as the Air France flight
