Bulgaria 🇧🇬 and Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬 have officially established diplomatic relations today. The Joint Communiqué was signed by H.E. Lachezara Stoeva and H.E. Fred Sarufa. We look forward to strengthening our ties and fostering closer cooperation.
