Leute, die beim Einkaufen oder in der Fußgängerzone einfach rücksichtslos mittig stehen bleiben anstatt an den Rand zu gehen, sind der Grund, warum ich möglichst immer früh morgens einkaufe bzw. So gut wie nie in die Stadt fahre. 🤷♂️

2nd sub 80mins 10km run in less than 96h. Strong first 6km, but then the heat took its toll and it was harder to breath. Again no problems with muscles, so overall really happy 🥳

That‘s it for 2024. Ziel in 2025 sich wieder weiter Richtung 07:00 anzunähern und die 10weiter zu stabilisieren.
P.S. Warum gucken die Leute immer so komisch, wenn man bei -1 Grad in kurz/kurz läuft? Als Highpulser ist mir das halt sonst zu warm 🤷♂️
