I'm getting real NIMBY vibes from your replies this week and I don't appreciate the disgust you are showering on homes that we need in existing dense places to fix the housing crisis. Rooting against new homes because they don't correspond with your preferences is NIMBY behavior, not progressive

How much affordable TOD has San Diego seen adjacent to their light rail system? Generally, Denver builds a lot more housing per capita than San Diego, though until recently it was a lower proportion of income-restricted housing than it was market rate

Could you say more, John, on what particularly causes the unsafe conditions? Is it turning motions of vehicles? Fumes? Conflicts between pedestrians and vehicles? Potential for battery fires in electric cars? What exactly is your concern here?
