Great win by Max. Great recovery by Lando. Checo was a bit too optimistic... And Charles' set of hards did not work as expected. Good race by Lewis as well!

The pressure on teams to find the next Max is enormous. The fact is, we have a golden generation of young drivers, but you can't expect every young driver to be of that level. It is insane that we can see Max, Carlos, Lando, Charles, George, and Oscar simultaneously. But they don't grow on trees!

The comeback of Hulkenburg is a great example of having some experience and being mature is definitely important. And most drivers don't acquire that in one or two seasons. Especially in this age of very limited testing.

I don't know how much money Logan Sargeant brings in sponsorships, but unless it is a lot, I don't see him having a seat next year. The likes of Max, Charles, George and Oscar created an expectation that a rookie could come and deliver right away. They are the exception, not the rule.
