I appreciate the agencies (i.e., MSHDA) that facilitate repair grants to low-income homeowners. Without these funds, many people would live in unsafe, uncomfortable conditions. However, a 1/4" thick stack of application materials, with many duplicate questions, is a huge burden to applicants.
