Mostly just vibes but i feel like I might be onto the next YA fiction craze (do not steal my idea plz unless you're a good writer I guess)

But I'm aware there are plenty of online stores (especially ones with no physical presence) that just drop ship from other sellers or an Amazon FBA warehouse. E-commerce is a mess.

For me it's usually:
-multiple people purchased at the same time on different sites
-import app makes a new item and selling apps still use old one
-one of my convoluted vlookup functions messes up on the makeshift excel sheet I use import restocks

I work at a small brick and mortar/online hybrid sort of store (as many are these days) and while this may not be every case, it's usually because our inventory is managed by six different third party shopify apps that weren't designed with each other in mind.

Amazon themselves are one of the fastest growing delivery companies and are surely thrilled at this opportunity to offer the US gov a privatized candidate to replace USPS
