For years his administration did not treat the elevated undocumented border crossings as the political emergency that it was. Democrats were hammered for years, somewhat justifiably, for not addressing it. He should have been pressing for that border package in 2022.

Also it needs to be aggressively asked why people should be fired for their jobs if they criticize Charlie Kirk in any way but it's ok for Trump to blame RR for his own murder the morning after.

Seriously, since he claimed many many times that everything he had was declassified I don't see why a freedom of information request can't be made for all of the files. If they are declassified, they should be made public. Let his lawyers argue that they're actually too dangerous to release.

Call me crazy but I think this is Trump coaching Hegseth about how to communicate to the admiral but he will be pardoned as long as he plays nice and takes the fall. This is exactly how Trump communicates when he needs somebody to lie for him but he can't put it in writing directly to them.

If this was Biden there would be non-stop press conferences by Republican lawmakers demanding to know who biden's handlers were and why they were keeping him in the dark about his health conditions. Democrats need to be much more aggressive about this kind of thing.

I know it seems minor in relation to the overall backdrop but I REALLY hope that Trump and his spokespeople get pressed on the question of whether MTG called him multiple times or didn't. It's important to catch him on a lie like that.

I know I'm in the minority here but I think this is a good move politically for us. The shutdown has gone on long enough for the battle lines to be clear to the public and this is the easiest way to get snap funded immediately.

The government will lose every one of the cases related to the Russia Hoax because it wasn't a hoax. Trump's strategy of going after people involved this way may backfire because it's yet another opportunity for anyone who hasn't tuned in yet to learn what a disgrace Trump actually is.

I was skeptical at first but more and more I'm getting convinced that Trump and Miller are trying to manufacture domestic unrest so that they can cite cause for postponing our otherwise controlling upcoming elections.

One of their problems is that the assassin is alive. As much as they would like for him to confess to "leftist" indoctrination I don't think they will be able to trick him into that. His best defense is to tell the truth and express regret. He got sucked far down into a far-right rabbit hole

It might have been a code word of some sort for the two of them to talk about teenage girls. If you read the poem that way it makes sense. At least to me it does. The secret is that they both know what that word refers to.
