Standing up to government overreach means pointing to amendments that cover unreasonable search and seizure, due process, public trials, witnesses, counsel, equal protection.

Thanks. The overall, immediate safety of Portlanders seems good at the moment. The administration's flagrant disregard of the court's authority is definitely concerning, and they have shown what atrocities they are willing to commit with the Chicago raid.

If congress has the same courage as Judge Immergut to uphold the constitution, a good start would be to remove Stephen Miller from office, and to impeach and remove the President from office.
