Happy Donut Day to me! So named because my childhood indoctrination included The Donut Man singing “Life without Jesus is like a donut; there’s a hole in the middle of your heart.” Today marks the day I walked away from the church (and they gave me Covid as a parting gift).

This cutie didn’t stay long enough for me to grab my macro lens, but it seems it must be leg day for them too. I’m pleased at the diversity we’re already seeing in our little yard after just a year.
