I hate to tell the stable genius but firing the official giving the jobs numbers is not going to help. He can fill this job with any sycophant he wants who will say employment is at 100% but people will feel what they are gonna feel about the economy.

One observation I have made is that most of the backsliding democracies like Hungary, Turkey and India have not been democracies for very long. I am hoping our longer history of democracy will ultimately save us.
