The decoupling effort continues.

all potion par management was done in the "Player Crafting" script aka really bad.

so I'm moving everything Potion Bar related to its own singleton.
I cut 1 routine into 3. Gaining potion xp used to fully reset the potion bar, wasting a ton of performance

working on the visual design still, but got new settings in for Display mode:
- Frame rate cap
- Full screen toggle changed to a dropdown with Borderless
- Option to remove scanlines

percentage label on sliders is probably something I should have had ages ago. but hey it's here.

all setting types (toggles, sliders etc) are now prefabs so my workflow can go a lot faster

this is for switching between tabs. so setting the right tab active, disabling the rest + making the tab button change colour.
