I've seen this! While watching a replay of a time trial on Bowser Castle 1.
At some point the replay got out of sync and the kart hit a wall. I was then able to control the kart manually, but the shoulder buttons still spun the camera around. Was never able to reproduce it.

Don't get a cheap Lidl one, they're infamous for creating negative meat cavitation, which massively impacts mouth-feel when you delaminate.
If you're concerned about cost you'd be better off with a refurbished Meat-Keapr or even a getting subscription to Plastikote for their spray-on meat laminate.

The US military mixed Raptor and T-Rex DNA and genetically modified it to be really gentle and affectionate.
