Marine Vet. Retired air traffic controller (HSV, CLT, MCO, BNA). Alumni of Brevard CC, Univ. of AL@HSV & Natl. Labor College (BAPolEcon). Living in Florida. It was a lot nicer here in the 70’s & 80’s. Miami Hurricane fan.
It was. Controllers have reached their limit with the equipment failures which are because of the move. theaircurrent.com/aviation-saf...

So many bad takes on this story. I despise Trump/Elon as much as anyone but controllers haven’t been fired by the regime. FAA hiring problems have existed on and off since Reagan. This problem stems from the fools that convinced the Biden Admin to move the EWR airspace fm NY Tracon to PHL.

My bad. I forgot the American public is no longer able to look at issues logically. We can only stand on our soapbox and scream at our political adversaries no matter what.

The WSJ article fails to inform its readers why the radar problems are occurring. The FAA, prodded by United, made a poor decision to move the airspace from New York Tracon to PHL. This debacle happened before Trump. theaircurrent.com/aviation-saf...

The rwy closure is a new issue. Rwys have to be rehabbed at times so it is what it is. The radar issue is not a radar issue but a problem sending radar data to Philly. If FAA didn’t move EWR Area to Philly the issue would not be happening. It was a bad idea. theaircurrent.com/aviation-saf...

Dems showing up unarmed to a gunfight like they’ve been doing since the 90’s. Sad. Time to retire Chuck so we can get some leaders that actually motivate the party.

I’ll have to stock up on my Bordeaux’s. The wife just drinks Chardonnay so she’s fine. Bad thing is all this BS will allow domestic sellers to raise prices also since they’ll still be competitive.
