Physical. I never abuse them and am glad to have something available. It's light weight pain meds, tramadol. But now and then 2 are required and I get loopy. Existential pain must be handled with my brain and heart. Tricky, but it's a work in progress. 😁

I don't even care about civil. It's nice, but if people want to be rude and insult, like you said, block them. I don't want a place that's sanitized for my protection or a site that keeps me from speaking freely. I'm a big boy. I'll take care of myself, thanks.

I unfollowed a lot of them over at Twitter. It actually makes me sad that they are deluded. He fucking won. It's atrocious and it's what happened. Just enough people wanted to make sure liberals knew they had had enough.

I love it. We had a cat when I was a kid. Boxes of dry food lined up in the bottom cupboard. He'd go to the door, hit it with his paw, it would pop open. He'd then select the flavor du jour, knock the box down, eat the spilled food.

Same. It's painstaking, figured I'd start now. Needs more news accounts here. Specialty accounts I follow have placeholders set but aren't posting just yet. And, hey, I love cats and every living thing but let's mix it up. I do get owls here, to be fair. 😁

The thing is, I'm not running from Twitter trolls. Just a backup place in case I get banned over there one day and if it became just another Truth Social in the next 4 years, then I'm out. I like most of the people I met there and don't want to lose them. But, seriously with the cats.

Here just for you and to weep for America. I think I hate it so far. Here's some beef with peppers and onions and bacon in a savory gravy with a touch of tomatoes served over noodles and more of that fucking parsley.
