One of our favorite sections in the book covers Public Merit. This is our system that tracks how the world and its main factions feel about your hero. As you gain PM, you can begin calling in favors, gaining intel, and buying or improving equipment.

In WCBH heroes get an Innate Ability (or the chance to level an existing one up) whenever they advance their superpower. Here are the options under the Strength and Agility archetypes. More archetypes to come later!
