Dating apps sort of work but you take insane psychic damage using them. Unfortunately trading card and fighting games aren't my thing. Raves are cool but none in my area so not good for meeting local people. People say "just Google queer cafe" and then I check their bio and it says "Seattle"

I am just generally kind of frustrated. I feel like I've been trying really hard to go to new things & meet people irl but I still feel isolated most of the time and genuinely I'm not sure what the solution is if you live in a rural town. I don't wanna doom, just wanna stop feeling disconnected.
