What a small world! While I was serving as Mayor of Decatur, Georgia 1985 -1993, I was proud to help develop Sister Cities with communities in Burkina Faso, (West Africa) and Peru. Our Sister Cities in Africa were Boussé and Ouahigouya In 1990,I helped create a Sister City with Trujillo, Peru.
