Having said that, each victory comes from the efforts and pains people put into the work of activism; celebrate wins when we get them. It’s an important part of the process, energizing and motivating us to keep going to the next goal.

For what it’s worth, what I’ve read suggests multiplicity is a common experience along different degrees of a spectrum, and is only a disorder if it’s disruptive or troubling you. I find it’s a useful framework for being aware of and taking care of my entire self.
