Someone on @thedollop.bsky.social referenced “ICE” and my brain heard “ISIS”… and the fact that I only realized my mistake when a comment they made about the organization racially profiling the people they kidnap caused me to think “is ISIS racist? Oh… ICE!” is pretty depressing. 🇺🇸🤦🏻‍♂️

Dropped my car off for service, and they have a fish tank in the lobby. As I walk by I notice through the tank a large mustachioed man, face pressed against the glass on the far side, following a blue “Dory” fish.

I know the world is on fire, but little glimmers of joy and humanity seem to help❤️

Could you imagine what the reaction would’ve been if Obama had posted a picture of himself in crown and cape, with a post that ended “LONG LIVE THE KING!” ? 😳😬😫
