It’s going ok. Today I went to an adoption event and got to pet some pups and hold a tiny puppy. The smell of dog and dog hair on me is something I haven’t had in almost a month. I miss it so much. I still sniff Belle’s blanket because it smells like her. 🥺🐶❤️

Went to an adoption event today with my mom and got to hold a puppy and pet a pitbull that reminded me of Buddy. We can’t get a dog right now because of my dad but I swear if I could I would’ve brought home this dog. I’m going to put in a volunteer application at the shelter where he’s at. 😭❤️‍🩹

In honor of it being a week since my sweet Belle’s passing, I created a small video of my favorite photos of her, alongside the music of @nightranger1.bsky.social. We would always listen to them on our trips to the vet.

My babygirl helped the Jays to a win last night! 🥹💙

I got Belle back. I set up a little shrine on my bedside table, with her favorite toy (monkey).

I had some of her ashes put into a heart necklace so I can always have her with me. I plan to get a tattoo next year, also.

7 months to the day after we put our other pitbull Buddy down, I had to make the hardest decision and let my baby Belle go.

I will be possibly absent from here depending on how I feel.

Today is Belle’s 9th birthday. Please wish her a Happy Birthday!

Vet is today. All I ask of them is to give me some time with her before we put her down, if at all possible. We will get a prognosis today. Fuck doggie cancer.
